Ananth Shantaraman has earned an M.S. in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has implemented algorithms for peptide/protein quantification and analysis of Mass Spectroscopy Proteomics data. Ananth has collaborated on several research projects with investigators at the Center for Neurodegenerative Disease.
