Ananth Shantaraman has earned an M.S. in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has implemented algorithms for peptide/protein quantification and analysis of Mass Spectroscopy Proteomics data. Ananth has collaborated on several research projects with investigators at the Center for Neurodegenerative Disease.
Eddie received his Ph.D. from the National University of Ireland in 2007. He has over 15 years program and project leadership experience in life science research and assists on a number of AD multi-omic research projects within the Seyfried lab and at the Center for Neurodegenerative Disease.
